Founded out of their joint love for wine, Woodchurch Wine Estate was established in 2009 by Graham and Donna Barbour on the edge of the quaint village of Woodchurch in Kent.
Set on rolling hills looking south over the ancient Romney Marsh down to the English Channel, their single estate vineyard with the perfect geography and climate has over 12 acres of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Bacchus and creates award-winning still and sparkling wine. Woodchurch encourages all kinds of wildlife within their vineyard and believes their low intervention approach results in healthier vines leading to higher quality fruit and wines and with numerous accolades to their name, including Kent Wine of the Year 2020, it’s hard not to agree. The breathtaking views from their balcony overlooking their estate and welcoming hospitality makes Woodchurch a superb place to visit.
